Brief scheduled maintenance June 8, 2013 (completed)

Between 10:00 PM Pacific time on Saturday, June 8 and 5:00 AM on June 9, each of our hosting servers will be restarted. This will cause a brief interruption of service (less than 10 minutes) for each site at some point during this 7 hour period.

Mail arriving while a server is being restarted will be queued and delivered after a short delay.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. This is necessary to install a Linux “kernel” upgrade for security reasons. We’re also taking advantage of the necessary restart to allow our technicians to add additional RAM memory to some servers that have not previously been upgraded.

Update 4:55 AM: The maintenance was completed as planned and all services are operating normally.

  1. I have no statistics for June 8. Did the maintenance delete them?

Thanks for letting us know about this! AWStats statistics for June 8 were not generated on time for a small number of customers, which has been fixed. Sorry for the trouble!
