Brief scheduled maintenance June 29, 2017 (completed)

Between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM Pacific time on Thursday, June 29, 2017, each of our hosting servers will be restarted. This will cause a brief interruption of service (less than 5 minutes) for each site at some point during this period.

Mail arriving while a server is being restarted will be queued and delivered after a short delay. No mail will be lost.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. This is necessary to restart after installing a Linux “kernel” upgrade for security reasons. We’ve already installed other mitigating updates, but the restart ensures our servers are not vulnerable to the so-called “Stack Clash” bug.

Update 11:57 PM: The maintenance was completed as planned and all services are running normally.
